  1. 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened plain, or other dairy-free milk
  2. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  3. 2 tablespoons organic cane sugar
  4. 1 packet active dry yeast 2 1/4 tsp // I like Fleischmannu2019s active dry original
  5. 1 3/4 cups gluten free flour blend *, with xanthan gum
  6. 1/2 cup almond flour not almond meal // I like Wellbeeu2019s brand
  7. 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  9. 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
  10. 4 tablespoons coconut oil cold, scoopable, not melted, or vegan butter, but I prefer coconut oil
  11. 3 tablespoons coconut oil melted, or vegan butter, I used Earth Balance soy-free buttery sticks // or sub coconut oil, but I found that it tends to melt down into the dish more than the vegan butter
  12. 1/3 cup organic cane sugar I subbed half coconut sugar
  13. 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  14. cream cheese frosting Vegan
