  1. 250g Barilla tortellini
  2. 1 jar Barilla pesto Genovese
  3. 10 sundried tomatoes, sliced
  4. 50g shaved Grana Padano or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
  5. Extra virgin olive oil
  6. Rock salt, for pasta water
  7. Sea salt and pepper, to taste
