The ingredient of Ricotta and honey melts
- 8 slices fruit bread
- 300g ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 x 40g packets almond fruit and nut mix (we used Sunbeam brand)
The instruction how to make Ricotta and honey melts
- Preheat grill on high. Grill bread for 2 minutes each side or until browned.
- Meanwhile, combine ricotta and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl.
- Top fruit toast with ricotta mixture. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes or until light golden. Sprinkle with nut mix. Drizzle with remaining honey. Serve.
