- 4 sheets lavash bread
- 200g carton low-fat hummus
- 100g baby spinach leaves, washed, dried
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced
- 1 125g pkt salad sprouts
The instruction how to make Lavash rolls
- Place the lavash sheets on a clean surface with the shortest side facing you. Divide the hummus among the lavash sheets and use the back of a spoon to spread over the surface. Arrange the spinach leaves over 2/3 of each sheet. Top with the tomatoes, cucumbers and sprouts, and roll the sheets up tightly to enclose the filling. Diagonally cut the rolls in half and arrange on serving plates.
