- 4 beef and cracked pepper gourmet sausages
- Olive oil, to grease
- 4 eggs
- 300g Ranch Salad
The instruction how to make Sausage & egg ranch salad
- Preheat a frying pan over a medium-low heat. Add a little olive oil to lightly grease. Cook the sausages for about 10 minutes or until cooked through. Cover with foil to keep warm.
- Meanwhile, fill a saucepan with cold water. Add the eggs. Bring to the boil over a medium-high heat and boil for 8 minutes. Drain into a colander. Lightly tap the base of each egg and set aside to cool.
- Peel and roughly chop the eggs. Place the salad mix, dressing and the chopped egg in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Serve with the sausages.
