The ingredient of Salami, spinach and cheese bagels
- 6 bagels, split
- 1/3 cup sundried tomato paste (see note)
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 12 slices hot salami
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
The instruction how to make Salami, spinach and cheese bagels
- Preheat a grill on medium-high heat. Place bagels, cut-side down, onto a baking tray (in 2 batches if necessary). Grill for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Turn bagels cut-side up. Spread bagel bases with sundried tomato paste. Top with spinach, salami and cheese.
- Grill bagel bases and tops for a further 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts and tops are golden. Sandwich together. Serve.
