  1. 6 bagels, split
  2. 1/3 cup sundried tomato paste (see note)
  3. 100g baby spinach leaves
  4. 12 slices hot salami
  5. 12 slices Swiss cheese

The instruction how to make Salami, spinach and cheese bagels

  1. Preheat a grill on medium-high heat. Place bagels, cut-side down, onto a baking tray (in 2 batches if necessary). Grill for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  2. Turn bagels cut-side up. Spread bagel bases with sundried tomato paste. Top with spinach, salami and cheese.
  3. Grill bagel bases and tops for a further 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts and tops are golden. Sandwich together. Serve.
